We offer a 100% refund after an approval from the company where goods were purchased. All refunds are processed within 7 working days.
You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 days of your purchase. After the 7 day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.
Cancellation
Any cancellation within 24 hours from placing the order will receive a full refund.
Any cancellation after 24 hours from placing the order, will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 3% of the amount of the order.
Any cancellation after 48 hours from placing the order, will result in loss of payment. We will not be able to refund the amount.
